- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I give Dr. Vines 5 stars, he provided excellent care, however, when I checked out I was overcharged for the office visit by $92.58 and I have been trying for three (3) months to receive my valid overpayment, visiting the Stone Dr facility and calls to their billing company, but I have only been met with stonewalling and excuses, the latest is they can't find my account, convenient.May 19, 2017by Donna Denson
